Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with water or preferred beverage immediately post training. Use 1 scoop in the morning on non-training days.
Mix it - Just add 1 scoop to 16 oz of water or your favorite beverage.
Warnings
Not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions; those taking any medications; those under the age of 18 or women who are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
