As a dietary supplement, combine 1 scoop with 8-10 oz of water or your favorite beverage such as juice, coffee or smoothies and mix thoroughly. Helpful Tip: To enjoy in cold water without clumping, simply mix collagen in room temperature water first, then add ice.
Eat: Add it to yogurt, cereal, oatmeal or any of your favorite foods.

Bake: Use in baking recipes like grain-free brownies cookies, & muffins.
